Delivery Information

We partner with the following trusted international carriers:

• DHL Express — primary carrier for most international orders, typically 2–4 business days.
• FedEx International Priority — alternative for North America and certain Asia-Pacific routes.
• Aramex — preferred for UAE domestic and Middle East regional orders.
• Sea Freight — available for very large pallet orders; lead time 15–35 days depending on origin and destination.

Carrier selection is automatic based on destination, order weight and urgency. If you have a preferred carrier, please note it in the order comments.

Transit times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays due to customs clearance may occur for international orders.

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply at the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices unless explicitly stated.

All shipments include a commercially accurate invoice and packing list. We provide HS codes for all products to speed up customs clearance. For bulk orders we can provide a Certificate of Origin and manufacturer letters on request.

A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website or via your Order History page.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 1 business day of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us on WhatsApp.

All hardware is packed in anti-static, padded boxes appropriate to the product size and fragility. Servers and rack equipment are shipped with corner-protection foam inserts. Original manufacturer packaging is used wherever available. For bulk pallet shipments, products are shrink-wrapped and secured with banding straps.
