All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Open Nest. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement; this constitutes our acceptance of your order.

All prices are displayed in USD unless you select an alternative currency. Prices are subject to change without notice before an order is confirmed. VAT and applicable taxes will be itemised at checkout based on the shipping destination. Bulk pricing tiers apply as shown on product pages and require a minimum order quantity.

• We accept major credit/debit cards, wire transfer and letter of credit for large orders.
• Payment is required in full before shipment unless a credit facility has been pre-agreed.
• All card transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Open Nest never stores raw card data.

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and vary by destination. Open Nest ship via DHL, FedEx and Aramex with full tracking. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the carrier receives the goods. For full details see our Delivery Information page.

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are in original, unopened condition. For full details see our Returns & Refunds policy.

All products are sold with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Open Nest manages the RMA process on your behalf. Warranty is void if the product has been modified, misused or physically damaged after delivery. Software installs do not void hardware warranty.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product descriptions — is the property of Open Nest or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Open Nest's liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profit, data loss or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be referred to the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
