Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. Passwords are stored as industry-standard bcrypt hashes and are never recoverable. We use TLS (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Payment card numbers are never stored β payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:
- Shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex) β to deliver your order.
- Payment processors β to authorise transactions.
- Legal authorities β when required by law or to prevent fraud.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and cart state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

We retain account and order data for 7 years to comply with UAE and international accounting regulations, after which it is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion of marketing data at any time.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
